Vada Pav is Mumbai's most iconic street food — often called the Indian burger. Our version stays true to the original: a crispy, golden-fried potato vada (spiced potato fritter) tucked inside a soft pav (bread roll), served with a trio of chutneys — tangy tamarind, spicy green chutney, and dry garlic chutney — along with our signature hari mirchi (fried green chili) on the side.
