Our Stuffed Kulcha pays homage to the street food culture of Chandigarh's Sector 17 market — the very market that inspired our restaurant's name. The kulcha is a soft, leavened Indian bread stuffed with a flavourful filling, baked until golden and slightly crispy on the outside while remaining pillowy soft inside.
Served alongside a generous portion of spiced chickpea curry (chole) made with our traditional recipe of slow-cooked chickpeas in a rich, tangy tomato-onion gravy with aromatic spices, this dish is the ultimate comfort food.
